Some presales questions

Hi. I'm really interested in the LattePanda with Win10. I do have some questions, though.

First of all, my application is for the unit to run unattended in an area with frequent power outages. Is there a way to set the computer to automatically power on and boot whenever power is restored?

Secondly, some computers don't run unless you have keyboard, mouse, and/or screen attached. Is it possible to run the LattePanda without any of these peripheral devices? (I intend to remote into the machine when it becomes necessary.)
