My client has purchased numerous FIT0737 USB-to-RS485 converters. I have downloaded the driver multiple times, decompressed it, and tried to install it, but the installation fails. The decompressed files appear corrupted, as the file names have asian characters mixed in with english characters. Although one file is an .exe, it does not install the driver correctly. Is there a way to get an uncorrupted copy of the driver installation files?
