Artificial Intelligence Meets Sports: HuskyLens V2 and Pose Recognition

In my new project, I created a system that intelligently counts the number of Jumping Jacks performed by the user. I used the powerful HuskyLens 2 sensor from DFRobot together with the small and versatile micro:bit board. I programmed it using block-based coding to make the experience simple and enjoyable for children. The sensor detects the movement and recognizes it accurately, just like a smart eye that observes the athlete and tells them how many jumps they have completed, using the Pose Recognition algorithm. This project demonstrates how artificial intelligence and computer vision can be integrated into education in a modern, engaging, and pedagogical way. A special thanks to the young athlete Yazid, who performed the Jumping Jacks in the video with great energy and enthusiasm.
