    To be eligible, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

    I. General Requirements
    - Your project is free from inappropriate content.
    - Your project is an original work and you have full and independent intellectual property rights to the work and the right to use it for this program.
    - Your project should focus on these areas: edge computing, on-device ML, and LLM integration.

    II. Hardware/Software Build Requirements
    - Your project must include the DFRobot ESP32-S3 AI Camera Module.

    III. Content Requirements
    The following types of content will not be considered eligible item content:
    - Unboxing content.
    - Content involves a lot of descriptions of the product, its performance, etc.
    - Content involves a lot of descriptions that are not related to the product or this project.

    IV. Format Requirements
    We accept submissions in Video and/or Text & Picture formats.
    For Video projects:
    1. No less than 5 mins.
    2. The video should be clear and bright. [No blurriness and distortions that may compromise the quality of the submission
    For Text-Pic projects:
    1. Your project should have a complete structure, and the body of the article should be at least 500 words, including a project name, images, a bill of materials (BOM), full instructions, and relevant resources (schematics, code, CAD).
    2. Your project should be written in English.

    Q1: Do I need to pay for the trial application?
    A1: No, DFRobot will offer the products free of charge. Still, you may need to pay the potential custom duties due to different countries' and regional policies. While standard shipping is covered, any additional delivery costs caused by the recipient will be their responsibility.

    Q2: Can I submit a repeat application?
    A2: Please note that you only have one opportunity to submit your application. If you make multiple applications, the information from the first application will be used.

    Q3: Can I use the products you offer for other purposes?
    A3: The products we offer to you are intended for use in the production of projects only. Profit-making activities such as the secondary sale of this product are not permitted.

    Q4: What to do if I can't submit my project within the contest time limit？
    A4: If you have applied for our free hardware but are unable to submit your project within the contest time limit, please contact [email protected] to inform of your situation. Kindly note that failing to submit your project without a valid explanation within the contest time limit may impact your eligibility for future participation in DFRobot's Free Trial program.

    Notes: Our products are precision electronic products. Please, users can cherish it to avoid some unnecessary damage. If there is any malicious damage in the process of using the product, the user shall pay compensation according to the price. During the event, the ownership of the product still belongs to DFRobot, and the user only has the right to use it; after submitting the project that meets the requirements of the competition, the ownership of the product belongs to the user.
