Congratulations on advancing to the next stage of the Build2gether 2.0 - Inclusive Innovation Challenge! As a token of appreciation and support, DFRobot is thrilled to provide you with a complimentary UNIHIKER. This innovative product is designed to help us collectively push the boundaries of what's possible and create valuable solutions for people with disabilities. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your UNIHIKER:
Registration: First, visit DFRobot’s website and register for an account. You can find the registration page here. We suggest using the same email address you used for the Build2gether 2.0 to streamline communications, although you are free to use any other email address if you prefer.
Find the Product: Once registered, search for "UNIHIKER" in the store, or directly access the product page via this link.
Add to Cart: Click on ‘Buy it now’ to add the UNIHIKER to your cart. Feel free to browse and add other products of interest from the store, keeping in mind that the redemption offer applies only to UNIHIKER.
Checkout: Navigate to 'My Cart', then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Ensure your shipping and billing addresses are correct to avoid any delivery issues.
Shipping Method: Select ‘Pickup From Store’ as your shipping method. Shipping will be arranged for you at no additional shipping fee.
* Choosing ‘pick up from store’ does not mean that you have to go to the store to pick up your order, but by choosing this option you do not have to pay for the shipping fee and we will arrange the shipping for you.
Redemption Code: Enter the redemption code found on your card in the ‘Use Coupon’ section. This will apply a discount to your UNIHIKER order. Remember, this code is valid for a single use only and expires once your order is processed.
Customs and Special Requests: Be aware that you might be responsible for additional customs fees depending on your country’s policies. For any queries or special requirements regarding these fees, please reach out to Shirley(shirley.li@dfrobot.com).
Complete Your Order: Finalize your order. If you face any issues such as the redemption code not being accepted or payment problems, contact Shirley(shirley.li@dfrobot.com) with your order details for prompt assistance.
The code is valid until 1 July 2024, please redeem the code before it expires.
