Assembly Steps

Step 1: Install the Upper Frame

Material Preparation:

- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 150mm (QTY: 2)
- 2040 Aluminum Profile - 80mm (QTY: 1)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 80mm (QTY: 1)
- M4 L-shaped Connector (QTY: 4)
- M4 Set Screw (QTY: 8)

Connect the aluminum profiles using the M4 L-shaped connectors.

Complete the assembly of the upper frame as shown in the document images.

Step 2: Install the Lower Frame

Material Preparation:

- Upper Frame (from Step 1) (QTY: 1)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 65mm (QTY: 2)
- M4 L-shaped Connector (QTY: 2)
- M4 Set Screw (QTY: 4)
- Straight Connector (including screws) (QTY: 2)

Use the M4 L-shaped connectors to fix the 65mm aluminum profiles to the upper frame.

Reinforce the connection between the upper and lower frames using the straight connectors.

Ensure the upper and lower layers are securely fixed.

Step 3: Install the Front Wheel Bracket

Material Preparation:

- Combined Upper/Lower Frame (QTY: 1)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 177.5mm (QTY: 2)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 80mm (QTY: 1)
- 30° Aluminum Corner Bracket (QTY: 2)
- M4 L-shaped Connector (QTY: 2)
- M4 Set Screw (QTY: 4)
- M5 Hammer-head T-Nut (QTY: 4)
- M5*12 Button Head Screw (QTY: 4)

Fix the 30° aluminum corner brackets to the frame body using M5 screws and nuts.

Attach the 177.5mm aluminum profiles to the car body through these 30° brackets.

Install the 80mm aluminum profile between the front wheel brackets using M4 L-shaped connectors (refer to the diagram for the 8–9cm distance marking).

Step 4: Install the Rear Wheel Bracket

Material Preparation:

- Car Frame (QTY: 1)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 100mm (with M6 thread at one end) (QTY: 2)
- 2020 Aluminum Profile - 80mm (QTY: 1)
- 2020 Pivot Joint (QTY: 2)
- M4 L-shaped Connector (QTY: 2)
- M4 Set Screw (QTY: 4)
- M5 Hammer-head T-Nut (QTY: 2)
- M5*12 Button Head Screw (QTY: 2)
- M6*12 Button Head Screw (QTY: 2)

Disassemble the pivot joints.

Fix the outer end of the pivot joint to the threaded end of the 100mm profile using M6 screws.

Fix the inner end of the pivot joint to the car frame using M5 screws and nuts (note the 50mm distance marked in the diagram).

Assemble the 100mm profiles to the frame and adjust the screw tightness on the hinges to set the rotation damping to an appropriate level.

Fix the 80mm profile between the rear brackets and ensure they rotate smoothly.

Step 5: Install Motor Brackets and Motors

Material Preparation:

- Moto (QTY: 4)
- Motor Bracket (3D Printed) (QTY: 4)
- M3 T-Nut (QTY: 16)
- M3*10 Button Head Screw (QTY: 16)
- M2*14 Button Head Screw (QTY: 12)

Thread the motor power and data cables through the internal holes of the 3D printed motor brackets.

Secure the motors and brackets to the frame using M3 T-nuts and screws.

Use M2 button head screws to secure the motors to the brackets. (Note: Space is limited; it is recommended to use a wrench or pre-fix the motor to the bracket).

Complete the assembly for all four motor wheels.

Step 6: Install Shock Absorber Springs

Material Preparation:
