Dew Condensation Detection IoT system Using Arduino+DH22+MLX90614 infrared sensor with ThingSpeak

Dew condensation is common but its consequences can be catastrophic for building, crops, electrical devices, aviation industry, air conditioning, leading to material corrosion. Therefore, detection and its monitoring at early stage are necessary for prevention.

DH22 measures the ambient temperature and humidity and IR temperature sensor measures the surface temperature. Arduino code collect these ambient temperature and humidity measurements and calculate dew point temperature and then evaluate it against the surface temperature. If dew condensation risk is determined to be too high,  line alerts will be triggered via Thingspeak through IFTTT
